Website Links Are Credibility: Content Strategy

One of my clients, CADM, recently sponsored a networking seminar featuring Andy Crestodina, Strategic Director for Orbit. Andy has provided web strategy advice to more than 1,000 businesses over the last 12 years. Andy teaches web marketing, both as a public speaker and on the Orbit blog. He has written more than 170 articles on content marketing topics including SEO, email marketing, social media, and analytics.

Andy advised that links to your website show credibility.   The more links demonstrate more credibility.  Further, links from more credible sites equals more credibility to your site.  Many outgoing links weaken your site’s credibility.

I share Andy’s slides.  @Crestodina
